If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. All Petbiz products come with a generous 12-month warranty. If at any time your product malfunctions not caused by improper use, we are happy to refund or replace your product.

If your product is not faulty but you are unhappy with it for any reason, here's how to return it:

1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
2. Email petbiz@yftech.com with your order details and the reason of your requested return
3. We will reply with the next steps and information necessary to return your item.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• You are liable for return shipping fees if your item isn't returned for quality reasons
